Returns & Refund Policy

Allbirds offers a generous 30-day trial period, allowing customers to return or exchange shoes hassle-free, even after wearing them outdoors. Apparel also comes with a 30-day consideration period, but the labels must remain intact. For socks and underwear, only unopened packaging is eligible for returns/exchanges, limited to the country of purchase. Allbirds handles return shipping, but original order shipping fees are nonrefundable. Final sale items, including gift cards, insoles, sock bundles, face masks and items tagged as final sale, cannot be returned or exchanged. Lightly used or like-new shoes are donated to Soles4Souls, which distributes shoes to people in need.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Choose from four shipping options within the contiguous U.S. Standard shipping costs $5 (waived for orders over $75) and takes six to eight business days. Express shipping is available for $6 and takes three to five business days. Expedited options include two-business day shipping, starting at $16, and one-business day shipping, starting at $25. Final prices are determined at checkout based on order volume and destination. Expedited orders placed by 12:30 p.m. ET ship the same day.
