Returns & Refund Policy

Returns for standard size dresses and most accessories are accepted within 30 days of delivery, while jewelry and headpieces must be returned within seven days of delivery. Try-on dresses must be purchased or postmarked within seven days of delivery; try-on dress shipping costs are nonrefundable. Try-on dresses that have been purchased to keep are considered final sale. Refunds cover the item cost and applicable taxes, excluding shipping and rush fees, with the restocking fee deducted. The carrier for each order is automatically selected based on the shipping address and cannot be altered. Each item carries a processing time, excluding shipping time (one to 18 days depending on location, including U.S. territories).
