BruMate accepts returns for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate the return process, visit the Returns page of the website to provide your order number and ZIP code. Additional return materials and packaging are not supplied by BruMate, and refunds exclude shipping costs. Certain items, including green shipping protection, mystery boxes/items and final clearance items, cannot be returned.

BruMate provides free economy shipping for orders within the contiguous U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and outlying islands).
