Shipping

All Castlery products are fully packaged for safe transit and handled by third-party delivery carriers. All shipments are delivered Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., with specific hours on Saturdays in certain areas. Shipping fees are charged per shipment at a fixed rate based on shipment value, type of delivery service and delivery location. Since shipment is available in select cities only, be sure to check if your zip code qualifies for delivery before ordering. Returns

If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it. It’s important to note that return requests can only be made within 14 days of delivery. Contact Castlery customer service to initiate your return, which will carry a 20% restocking fee charge per returned item. Only items in as-new condition with original packaging can be returned. Any products with scratches, stains, damage, drilling or other modifications will not be accepted.
