Hollister provides full refunds for items returned within 30 days of purchase or shipping. After 30 days, Hollister may issue a Hollister merchandise credit.

To make a return in-store, bring the item and original receipt or order confirmation to any Hollister location.

To make a return online, use the label provided in your package or initiate the return online to receive a return label via email.
