Shipping & Delivery Policy

You can get free shipping at J.Crew Factory by placing an order of $99 or more. Various shipping promotional offers may be available throughout the year. You can also pick up your items at a local store. Note that although J.Crew Passport members get free shipping at J.Crew (jcrew.com), this shipping offer does not extend to purchases from J.Crew Factory.

Pickup Options

Free in-store pickup is available on select merchandise at J.Crew Factory stores. Same-day pickup may be if all items are in stock at your selected stores. Once an order is ready for pickup, you have seven days to collect it before it is automatically canceled.

Returns & Refund Policy

Items can be returned to J.Crew Factory for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. If you use a pre-paid return label from the store, a $7.50 charge will be deducted from your refund.

Buy Now, Pay Later

J.Crew Factory partners with Afterpay to allow customers to pay for purchases over time on an interest-free installment plan. Afterpay splits the purchase total into four equal payments.
