Lancôme ships to the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes and U.S. territories. They do not offer shipping outside of the U.S. You have the option of Ground, Two-Day and Next Day shipping, depending on your location. It’s easy to score free Ground shipping, all you have to do is place an order over $100. The free Ground shipping offer may not be available in all areas, so check their website for full details. Shipping for orders under $100 starts at $8.

Lancôme makes it easy to find new products that you love by offering free samples with every online purchase. You can choose up to five samples at checkout.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Lancôme, you can return most items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Returns are free. Just go onto their website to download your pre-paid returns label. If you purchased a foundation or fragrance, call their customer service line at 1-800-LANCOME to initiate a return. Note that some items, like engraved or final sale items, cannot be returned or exchanged.

My Lancôme Rewards Program
