Mattress Firm also offers mattress setup and haul away for $99.99, which includes new mattress and box spring setup, removal of packaging material, and removal of your old mattress set. Customers can pay $149.99 for all of the aforementioned benefits, plus setup of their newly purchased adjustable base, or $199.99 for their choice of a two-hour delivery window.

120 Night Sleep Trial

Because it can take three to four weeks for your new mattress to fully adjust to your body, Mattress Firm offers a 120 Night Sleep Trial to give you time to determine if you’re truly a match. The company asks customers to sleep on their new mattress for a minimum of 30 consecutive nights — and if you’re not satisfied, Mattress Firm will allow you one exchange and one return within the 120-night period. You may only exchange your mattress once, and you’ll be charged a $99.99 delivery fee and $99.99 restocking fee. If, after this additional mattress trial, you’re still unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the second mattress for another $99.99 delivery fee and $99.99 restocking fee.
