Returns & Refund Policy

Customers experiencing any dissatisfaction with their initial package from Native are encouraged to notify the company within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Native is confident in its products and will cover the return shipping costs for customers who don’t love their order. However, it's important to be aware that returns or exchanges are not applicable to individual mini and travel size products. Additionally, expedited shipping fees and Native digital gift cards are nonrefundable. Exchanges for the first order are available within 30 days, and customers interested in exchanging their deodorant should contact [email protected]. It's crucial to note that opting for an exchange will void the return policy, and exchanges for mini and travel size products are not accepted.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Native ships all orders within one to two business days, and your package will arrive within three to seven business days after shipping. Standard shipping is free for orders over $10. Expedited shipping is $15, and orders will arrive two business days after they’re shipped.
