Returns & Refund Policy

Upon receiving their order, customers have a 14-day window to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for the associated return costs. Upon contacting Nuxe's customer service team, a return form and all necessary information will be provided. Utilize the contact form, selecting the "my order" entry for assistance. To ensure acceptance, returned products must be in pristine condition, within their original packaging, unopened and unused, including any received gifts. The return process involves obtaining a return request and RAN number from Nuxe's customer service, preparing the return with proper labeling, securely packaging the items, and self-posting the return with proof of sending. Nuxe will notify customers via email upon completion of the return process. Refunds may take three to four weeks to reflect in the account, identified as “THG.”

Cancellation Policy

For potential cancellations, customers are advised to contact Nuxe's customer service team for assistance to request to cancel individual items or the entire order. Nuxe will confirm the cancellation status via email within an hour. If the order has been already processed for shipment, customers are directed to Nuxe's returns policy for guidance on returning their order.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping costs for orders over $60 are waived, while orders below $59.99 incur a $5 shipping fee. The standard delivery time frame is within five to seven business days. Orders weighing 1 kilogram or less will be delivered by DHL; orders exceeding 1 kilogram will be handled by FedEx. Express shipping costs $10, and premium next-day delivery costs $20. Orders placed before 4 p.m. CT Monday to Thursday ship within two to three working days via FedEx. During periods of high activity, such as holidays or bad weather, shipping and handling may be delayed.
