Shipping

Sam’s Club members with a Plus membership receive free standard shipping on all eligible items with no minimum purchase, including addresses in Hawaii. Club membership members can also receive free shipping on some eligible items, but most orders will incur a shipping charge. Free shipping is not available to customers in Puerto Rico and Alaska. Some items are not eligible for free shipping even with a Plus membership, like televisions and other large items. Shipping costs will be displayed on the checkout page.

Curbside Pickup

Sam’s Club members can choose curbside pickup to order from their local club online. Curbside pickup is free if you have a Plus membership; otherwise, there is a $4 fee. As you shop online, look for items with the “Pickup” option, which indicates the item is available from your chosen Sam’s Club location. At checkout, you can request to pick up your order at a specific time during regular store hours.

Same-day curbside pickup is available if you order before 3 p.m. local time and have 13 items or fewer, although same-day pickup slots may be limited. Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the requested pickup time will be canceled.

Returns

Sam’s Club is happy to take back items if you’re not happy with your purchase. You have 14 days to return prepaid, postpaid and no contract cell phones; 30 days to return commercial heavy equipment and motorsport items; and 90 days for electronics and major appliances. Most other items you can return at any time. Some items are also nonrefundable, so check with your Club location if you have any questions. Returns can be made both in-store and online to your local Sam’s Club.

Memberships

Sam’s Club offers two types of membership options. Their basic Club membership costs $50 per year and their Plus membership costs $110 per year. The Plus membership has all the same benefits as the Club membership, with added perks like Sam’s Cash, free shipping and free curbside pickup.
