Shipping fees vary by the service and speed you choose. If you want to score free shipping on your purchase, all you have to do is place an order. Nearly all Samsung items qualify for free standard shipping. These orders usually arrive in one to five business days.

Returns

If you’re not happy with your Samsung product, you have 15 days to request a return. Once you’ve requested a return authorization, you have another 15 days to print your label and mail your return. If you’re returning an item like a phone or smartwatch, be sure to remove personal accounts and restore factory settings on devices before returning. All items must be in the same new condition with original packaging and all accessories included. Once your returned item has been received and approved for refund, Samsung will process your refund to your original payment method.
