Returns & Refund Policy

All True Classic products are backed with a 30-day return and exchange window, with the exception of items marked as final sale. All items must be returned in their original packaging and unworn, unwashed and unaltered. U.S. returns are free and can be dropped off at one of True Classic’s 500-plus Return Bar locations or shipped with a prepaid label. To initiate a return, visit the Returns & Exchanges page on the retailer’s website and click “Start return.”

Cancellation Policy

True Classic utilizes an automated fulfillment process for quick packing and shipping, which limits the time available for order edits. If you need to edit a placed order, contact True Classic as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, True Classic cannot make changes, but you can follow the return and exchange policy when the order arrives.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Depending on the chosen shipping method during checkout, delivery within the U.S. can take up to eight business days, while international deliveries may take up to 12 business days. Once an order is on its way, a tracking link and regular status updates are provided. For select countries, free shipping is offered, contingent upon a subtotal order value surpassing the specified threshold, inclusive of discounts. This offer is valid only in specific locations. All orders, regardless of shipping method, are dispatched within one to three business days and originate from True Classic’s warehouse in Southern California. In the event that a package is marked as delivered but not received, carriers may occasionally prematurely mark it, and it might arrive within a few days. If this is not the case within a day or two of delivery confirmation, customers are encouraged to contact True Classic, and the company will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
