It’s easy to score free shipping on your next UNIQLO order. All you have to do is place an order of $99 or more before tax and after any discounts. Free shipping will automatically be added to your order, no promo code needed. Free shipping may not be available in all areas.

Buy Online, Pickup In-Store

UNIQLO offers in-store pickup for orders placed online. This in-store pickup option is available for items you purchase that are in-stock at your local UNIQLO location. Just choose the “pick up in-store” option at checkout. Orders are usually ready in as little as two hours. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.

Returns

If you’re not happy with your UNIQLO order, you can return your items within 30 days of the order date. Merchandise is only accepted for return and refund if it’s in new, unused and unwashed condition with all tags attached. You can go online to UNIQLO’s website to initiate a return. If you’re returning an item, a $7 return label fee will be deducted from your return amount. Exchanges are free. Unfortunately UNIQLO does not accept in-store returns for items purchased online.

UNIQLO account holders may also receive an annual birthday coupon. Coupons are added directly to your account and can be found by logging into your account under Membership Profile.
