Yami was founded in 2013 to provide a home away from home for Asian Americans. As a college student in Kansas, founder Alex Zhou lived two hours from the nearest Asian grocery store, inspiring him to build a platform to make Asian products more accessible. Returns & Refund Policy

Most Yami orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt. The following products may be returned if there are quality issues (and requests must be made within seven days of receipt): food, beverages, snacks, dry goods, health supplements and perishables. To make sure every customer receives safe and high-quality products, Yami does not offer refunds or returns for opened or used beauty products, except for with quality issues. Price Matching & Adjustments

Price Match

Yami is committed to offering competitive pricing and will match prices found at qualifying U.S. retail websites for identical items in the same make and model. To request a price match, email [email protected] with your order number, product name, product URL link on the competitor's site, and the competitor’s price. Customer service will review the request within one to three business days, and if your request qualifies, a refund will be made to your original form of payment within five to seven business days.

Price Protection

Yami's price protection policy allows eligible orders to receive a refund if Yami's price changes within seven days of purchase or before the order is delivered, with certain limitations. This policy is applicable only to items sold and shipped directly by Yami and does not cover products from third-party sellers. 24-hour delivery is available to customers who reside within the majority zones of Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Diego. Enter your ZIP code on the Yami website to see if your location is eligible for one-day delivery. Individual product pages list their estimated delivery time and are confirmed at checkout.
